The form was setup to execute from your own server. However, the mobile conversion does not take this into account. The solution here was to rewrite the form action via the mobile template to refer back to your server to execute the action. The result here is the user would be reverted back to the desktop site after submission however, this would be offsite if the redirect script is embed on all page. As it would render the mobile version of said page.
Our conversion unfortunately does not support dynamic forms, as captured from the main website.. However, you can use our form plugin to replicate this from and embed onto your main template. This plugin can be found under Tools >> Edit >> Plugins >> Connect.
