Unfortunately, Our platform may not be able to convert this feature. The content analyzer crawls and renders the mobile template based on the front-end aspects of your site. Example images, menu, text. However the backend functions that talk to your server will not propagate. This may include javascripts, logins, secure checkout and in some cases form submissions.
You are welcome to use our various plugins to make this function. For example we provide an HTML plugin, that would allow you to insert specified scripts and code onto the mobile template. This feature can be found under Tools >> Edit >> Plugins >> Most Popular (section) >> HTML snippet.
